Aileen Halbershtat

With a passion for travel and a love of events, I have worked in large companies such as British Telecom, IBM, Norwich Union and Esure, in client care, managerial, corporate training and event planning roles.
Client care is and has always been my number one priority and upon moving to Israel I began working in tourism. For me, to be able to utilise all of my skills and make someone's dream come true is a privilege and a pleasure - and so, after working with Ingrid for a few years, we decided to make it official and Butterfly - Events & Beyond was born! Hailing originally from Scotland, I married an Israeli citizen and made Aliyah in 2001.

I was born in France, am married to a British citizen and have been living in Israel for the past 15 years. I consider myself a natural planner and love putting my organization skills into practice. With 9 years of experience in the Israel travel industry, first class international customer service and project management, I decided to combine business and pleasure for good by creating Butterfly - Events & Beyond together with Aileen.
In my eyes, taking an active part in people's significant events of life and putting my experience at their service is a real blessing.
I hold a B.A. in Sociology & Anthropology and a M.A. in Conflict Resolution & Management. I find my communication skills and problem-solving training very useful in my professional and everyday life!
